NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE HOME. (IF A SMOKE ODOR IS PRESENT, THE ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.) 6. Lessee shall not assign this agreement or sublet any portion of the premises without prior written consent of the owner (landlord). 7. The above security deposit, less a one-time cleaning fee in the amount of $200.00, shall be refunded within 30 days of checkout, subject to no damages identified during a walk through. 9. Cancellation prior to 60 days of beginning of lease is subject to $100.00 fine. Cancellation made within 60 days of arrival requires a full forfeiture of all deposits made. 10. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. 11. Check-in is 1:00 pm on the first day of the first rental month.
