Units found in unreasonable disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. Any security, fire department, or police fees incurred due to guest behavior will be billed to the guest, with a minimum security fee of $150.
