The house has both a porch and a deck, with outdoor furniture. The first floor features 9' 6" ceilings throughout, a lovely kitchen, a family room, a living room, a powder room, and two fireplaces. There are hardwood floors in all but one room. There's a 1916 Steinway parlor grand piano currently in the living room, in good condition but probably not suitable for pianists playing at a professional level. The second floor has two bedrooms; the primary has an anteroom with generous closet space, and its own fireplace. There are two full bathrooms on this floor; both have jetted Jacuzzi tubs. The third floor offers two more large bedrooms, with several closets and a third small bedroom. The hallway has built-in storage cabinets, drawers, and another small closet. The basement is partially finished; the water heater and gas furnace are partitioned off, the floor is partly tiled, with additional storage space.
