We have a new driveway which is extra wide for extra cars. We have a completely new central blower and heating system. A new controlled fireplace. The kitchen has a new dishwasher and new refrigerator. There's a secondary refrigerator in the garage/game room. The garage space also serves as extra sitting area. If the garage is required to be used for indoor car storage, we can arrange it to accommodate one car...some furniture can be shifted around.
The shed in the backyard will be reserved for owner's long-term storage.
Applications for lease will come with a fee for background and credit check. I will more than make this fee up to you in provided goods we can leave for you from our fully stocked pantry.
