Fire Safety: No candles or open flames are allowed inside or outside the unit. Grilling: No grills are permitted on the balcony. Community gas grills are conveniently located in several areas throughout the complex for your use. Dryer Maintenance: Please empty the dryer vent after every use to prevent fire hazards and maintain efficiency. Wall Modifications: No additional holes may be drilled or placed in any walls. Any HOA fines incurred due to violations during your rental period will be the tenant's responsibility. Rental Payment & Parking Rent is due on the first of each month. Utilities included: water, sewer, cable TV, internet. Parking: One designated space is provided in front of the T building. Any secondary vehicle must park in the overflow parking area near the mailbox. Renter's insurance is required by tenant.
