The house can be rented on a short or long term basis; renters will sign a renewal lease at the beginning of a new term or extension. The following fees are associated with renting this space: Monthly rent - $3500 Security deposit - $3500 Application fee - $35 Utilities - Not Included Internet - Not Included The following policies are associated with renting this space: Pet policy - 1 small dog with pet deposit of $300 (negotiable) Smoking and drug policy - Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, marijuana or any illegal drug is prohibited on the property (i.e. rooms, common areas, porch, yard, ect.). Illegal drug use of any sort (cocaine, M2, heroin, mushrooms, or anything mentally or physically impairing) is strictly prohibited in the home or on the property. Parking policy - There is a single car parking space in the rear of the house. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking on 48th Place NE and surrounding side streets, be sure to read posted signs carefully. Maintenance - Contact the landlord for any and all maintenance issues.
