Driveway for off street parking. 2 spaces. Pet friendly, but you need to have good pets. I do not believe in pet rent, but most definitely a fully refundable pet deposit scaled to your credit. Brewery 30 feet from your front door. And their beer is amazeballs. Coffee shop 50 ft away, walk over in your pj's. Light rail a block and a half away. Fun neighborhood, happy vibes,especially with an awesome neighborhood brewery next door. Great yard/patio with a firepit, very private, fully fenced with a garden and dog run, table, chairs and BBQ grill included. Lights strung up, pergola for awesome shade all summer long. Outdoor couch. We can leave as much of it with the house as you'd like. You'll live outside. Absolutely no smokers (cigarettes). DO NOT CONTACT ME IF YOU SMOKE CIGARETTES.
