The master suite has plenty of windows, an antique poster bed, a desk, ceiling fan, spacious walk-in closet, and an enclosed private full bathroom. Two friendly women live in the home: a Cleveland Clinic pediatric cardiac sonographer and a young architect (that is, a total of 3 people will live in the home including you). Recent housemates have stayed 4+ years and only left upon graduation from professional school. This home is within walking distance of CWRU, University Hospitals, and the Cleveland Clinic as well as University Circle's cultural gardens, the Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Botanical Garden, Wade Oval park, and Little Italy. The neighbors are CWRU and Cleveland Clinic medical students, doctors, dentists, professors, and a retired NBA basketball player who's now a Cavaliers sports announcer -- many of whom walk to work or school. You will share access to the large, furnished 1st floor living area (kitchen, living room, and dining area), covered front porch shaded by an oak tree, back deck, and laundry room (washer and dryer located in the basement). You will have a dedicated parking spot in the backyard. A 2nd floor guest bedroom is available for free to your visiting friends and family for up to 4 weeks/year. Rent is $1,250/month (all-inclusive), including free utilities (electric, gas, water, central AC), internet, garbage removal, security camera surveillance (RING Doorbell and Nest cameras) with 24/7 smart phone access, and dedicated backyard parking.
