The renter should immediately report any damage to the landlord to arrange for repair or replacement. Upkeep of Interior: The renter is responsible for maintaining the interior of the home in good condition. This includes regular cleaning and general maintenance of the furnishings, appliances, and floors. Any special care instructions for specific appliances or items should be followed as outlined by the landlord. General Cleanliness: The renter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the home, including the kitchen and bathrooms. Any excessive mess or debris should be properly disposed of to prevent damage to the property. Lawn and Outdoor Spaces: While landscaping services are included, the renter is expected to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the outdoor spaces. Pets: If pets are allowed, the renter is responsible for any damages or messes caused by their animals. Insurance: It is recommended that the renter obtain renter's insurance to protect their personal property in the event of any accidents, damages, or theft. Compliance with Laws: The renter must comply with all local laws and regulations while living in the property. This includes but is not limited to noise ordinances, parking restrictions, and any other community rules. Alterations to the Property: The renter may not make any alterations, including painting, installing new fixtures, or modifying the property in any way, without prior written approval from the landlord.
