Very comfortable and attractive split-level condo for rent.
Just reduced the rent to $1950/month, this is below market rent.… We are seeking a reliable tenant, see credit score and income ratio below. 24 month lease is available.
A few steps up from foyer are two bedrooms and one 1 beautifully renovated upscale tiled bathroom which has a large shower with a shower head on each of two opposing walls. Master bedroom has European closets and direct access to the bathroom. There is a separate door from the hallway as a second entrance to the bathroom
A few steps down from the foyer are the living room, kitchen, dining room and private patio. Lovely views of a grassy hillside and large tree from dining room, living room, and small patio accessed from the living room.
Hardwood floors throughout most of the condo, and lots of closet space overall.
The condo is available fully furnished, including pots, pans, dishes, etc., however you can bring your own dresser or other small furniture as you wish, and we can take away kitchen items you do not want.
Alternatively, we could provide this condo unfurnished.
The condo is on Bauer Drive, across the street from Earl B. Wood Middle School, and walking distance to shopping including a Safeway store. There are a swimming pool (seasonal, outside), tennis courts, and just downstairs from the unit an inexpensive laundry for occupants.
Rent includes hot water and heat in the winter, which the owner pays through the association fees. Tenant is responsible only for electricity, which does not cost a lot, and whatever cable/internet tenant chooses.
It is 1.2 miles to Flower Valley Elementary School and 1.4 miles to Rockville High School, and walking distance to beautiful sections of Rock Creek trail, Lake Bernard Frank, and Meadowside Nature Center. It is about 4 miles to Montgomery College, Rockville campus.
Nearby bus stop brings you to Rockville Metro, or drive there in a few minutes.
Regarding parking, one designated space is provided, plus one tag for a second car that can park in non-designated spaces.
