Lease terms

One year lease. Tenants are responsible for all Utilities and yardwork. Rental insurance required. We are seeking responsible tenants with good credit, stable job income, and a clean background. No pets, no smoking, no drugs and no criminal activities permitted. Tenants application fee & requirements. A non-refundable $50.00 fee per adult (18 years & above) is required for the background check application. Move in: the first/last month rent plus 1 months rent used as Security deposit which is refundable/non-refundable cleaning fee. Total is of $11,400 when lease signed. Application will be given after seeing the house and must sign in person with current ID. No reusable tenant screening report. A proof of monthly income is 3x of rent and good debt to income ratio.
