Lease terms

Each adult applicant (18 years or older) must submit a separate application and application fee. Please include the last 3 pay stubs, recent bank statements, and a valid photo ID for each applicant. Self-employed applicants may be required to provide additional documentation, such as recent tax returns or profit and loss statements. Once all required documents are received, a link will be sent to complete the screening process and submit the $50 application fee. All adults who will occupy the property, including those not listed on the lease, are required to complete the application process and pay the application fee. Income Requirements: Applicants must demonstrate a combined gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. Verifiable employment and income history may be required. Additional Terms: No felonies Credit and background checks are required for all applicants 18 years or older. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional deposit or monthly pet fee. No aggressive breeds. Please verify schools and room measurements independently. First month's rent, and security deposit are due at lease signing. No smoking permitted. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Renter's insurance is required. Lease terms and occupancy limits apply. Applications are processed on a first-complete basis. Providing false or incomplete information may result in denial of the application.
