Tenant pays for electric and water and must transfer services into their own name. Non-Smoking Property: To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all residents, this is a strictly non-smoking property. No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or combustion of any kind is permitted inside the unit, on patios/balconies, or anywhere on the property. Outdoor Space & HOA Guidelines: Front porches, balconies, and patios are intended for reasonable outdoor enjoyment and may be furnished with patio furniture and tasteful planters. To help maintain the appearance of the community and comply with HOA guidelines, these areas may not be used for storage of personal belongings, excessive items, boxes, equipment, or miscellaneous household goods. Residents are expected to keep outdoor areas neat and uncluttered. We value being good neighbors and maintaining a welcoming, well-kept environment for everyone in the community.
