This is one of the nicest properties in Brentwood Forest. It is a second floor (top floor) unit with vaulted ceilings.… My condo has two decks, one off the front of the unit and one off one of the back bedrooms. It has a large, wood burning fireplace with a nice mantel. It also has some beautiful built-in book shelving in the great room. There is a ceiling fan in the great room and the master bedroom. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A washer and dryer is in the unit. It is on a very quiet street and you will have your own parking spot. The complex has two swimming pools and two tennis courts. It also has a lake in the complex. Brentwood Forest is close to Clayton, downtown St. Louis, the airport and West County. There are great restaurants very close by and Forest Park is very close. It is a great place to live and is very safe. This unit usually rents very quickly after listing. It is available on August.
