1. Master on first floor, a Queen.
2. 3 bedrooms upstairs , 1 full in one room and 4 twin beds in 2 other bedrooms.
3. sleeper sofa in the living room,queen.
4,There are 2 full baths (one on each floor).
This allows 10 to sleep comfortably.
Kitchen, porch, 2.2 private acres
Dock, directly on the Lake Monomonac. Dock gets taken out during the fall.
Beach, swimming, canoe, kayak , charcoal grill, outdoors chairs clothes line.
Great for a transplanting family or just for a change.
Utilities that are the tenant's responsibilities:
1.Spectrum wifi ,if you choose to buy monthly.
2. Pellets for pellet stove heating which covers entire interior of home.
3.Electric heat with separate thermostats for rooms ,as back up .you will get billed monthly.
4.Snowplowing services.
No smoking ,no vaping.
Will consider one well behaved dog .
