It is stocked with coffee, tea, food, and snacks. The brand-new bathroom includes a spacious vanity and commode, and is stocked with towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. For your comfort, there are three new queen memory foam beds, a 55-inch TV with streaming services, a second TV in one of the bedrooms, comfortable sofas, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, and luggage racks.
One driveway parking spot is included, and additional cars can park for free on the street. The shared spaces include the backyard, patio, and laundry room, which are shared with the other unit in the building.
Conveniently located just 150 yards from the beach, this apartment offers easy access to Boston by car (15-25 minutes) or public transport (30-45 minutes). It is a short walk to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, and bars. The North Quincy T Station on the Red Line is a 17-minute walk away, providing a 25-minute commute downtown. Highway 93 is nearby for quick access to Boston and the South Shore, with downtown Boston and the airport approximately 15 minutes away by car. Plymouth is 45 minutes away, and Cape Cod is about an hour away, though these times can vary with traffic. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and features a nearby park and playground.
The sound insulation between the two units is good but not perfect, so please be courteous to your neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Visitors are welcome, but only booked guests may stay overnight. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is permitted outside, but there is a $500 fee for violations inside. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $75 per hour. Guests who cause damage will be charged the cost of repairs. Guests who fail to follow house rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
