It is a short walk to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, and bars. The North Quincy T Station on the Red Line is a 17-minute walk away, providing a 25-minute commute downtown. Highway 93 is nearby for quick access to Boston and the South Shore, with downtown Boston and the airport approximately 15 minutes away by car. Plymouth is 45 minutes away, and Cape Cod is about an hour away, though these times can vary with traffic. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and features a nearby park and playground. The sound insulation between the two units is good but not perfect, so please be courteous to your neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Visitors are welcome, but only booked guests may stay overnight. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is permitted outside, but there is a $500 fee for violations inside.
