Just a 5-minute walk to Whole Foods as well as a slew of restaurants on Ocean Avenue. Because there is an elementary school directly behind the property, there is audible daytime playground/activity noise on weekdays. We have one small dog and two cats on the property but they don't enter the casita. Flexible Leases. For purposes of Planning Code Ordinance 78-20, this unit is offered for occupancy for an initial stay for a duration of at least one year; but with flexible, no-fee, early termination policies depending on tenant goals.
