Located on Furnace Street up behind the Heritage State Park in North Adams, the apartment is on the third floor of a cool building with a great group of tenants. There is a private rear deck at the rear and side of the apartment offering unbelievable views across downtown North Adams and across to the Hoosick Range of hills beyond. The views are truly wonderful!
The apartment has blond wood laminate floors. The two bedrooms have carpet. FYI, one of the bedrooms does not have a closet - it might therefore be more suitable for use as an office or as a small kid's room. The stainless-steel fridge and stove are all new.
The apartment currently has washer/dryer hook ups. For an additional $75 per month, I would consider providing the machines.
The apartment has ONE allocated parking space.
The heat is provided by a natural gas forced air furnace and the unit is amazingly inexpensive to heat with gas bills for heat and hot water as low as $700 per year.
Sorry, we do not allow pet dogs. This building and premises are entirely smoke free and must remain that way.
