Single Family Dwelling 1-2 year lease term. No Section 8 Application fee $40 per applicant.(every adult 18 and older) Done Though Key CHECK. Applicant Must have Proof of Income. For example, (Check Stubs, Letter from employer) Be employed for at least 6 months. Must have a Good Credit Score. Applicant is responsible for all utilities and service for said premises (including water, electricity, internet.) Electric and Water must be transferred to tenants name prior to moving in. Applicant is also responsible to keep yard maintenances, and keep yard clean. Applicant is responsible to keep Yard in a respectable manner, FREE OF JUNK AND CLUTTER.(no junk cars or other Junk) This Single Dwelling property is not a place of Business, or a Mechanic Shop. We require applicant(s) to obtain contents insurance and at least a 100,000 liability insurance. This is non-negotiable. Landlord only insures the house/structure and out building.(storage building,/house, not contents of either. OWNERS RIGHT TO ENTER PREMISES- Tenant grants the Owner permission to enter premises for necessary maintenance (Such as changing A/C air filters, which is usually done on a monthly schedule.) & for emergency purposes. Owner will call or text in advance when possible. Owner will keep a key to premises. Parking: Is permitted on Gravel Drive Only. Do Not Block the Lane/Road at any time. No parking on grass areas without Owners written permission. Parking spaces are only permitted for passenger vehicles (Automobile, SUV's, Cars, light pick-up truck, or small passenger van.) No commercial type vehicles, trailer, Campers/RV's, boats, or un-operable vehicles allowed to be parked without written permission from Landlord/Owner.
