Looking for a long term lease agreement (12 months or more). Electricity, Gas, and city water and waste, and cable and internet billing will be the renters responsibility. Renters will be responsible for basic home maintenance (sweeping, vacuuming, basic garden care). Renters are to use the pool and hot tub at their own risk and be responsible for all persons using the pool. This is a nonsmoking and no drug use is permitted on the property. Pets are negotiable and if permitted a nonrefundable pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub at any time. If the club house key is lost or damaged the renter will be required to replace it for an additional fee. No holes in the walls other than to hang pictures. All holes must be repaired after tenants move out.
