This is the bottom unit of a 2 unit Victorian house/building. The Inner Sunset is very walkable and close to everything. It is only 1 block from the Muni stop. You can take the train downtown to Union Square, financial district, ballpark, or the other direction and be at Ocean Beach in 2.5 miles. Great place if you are a runner or cyclist. We are only 2 blocks from Golden Gate Park. Easy walk to DeYoung Museum, Japanese Tea Gardens, Botanical Gardens, playground, carousel, etc. Plus, the gym at UCSF has a big pool and exercise facility. Great yoga studios nearby. Lots of great restaurants, outdoor dining, coffee shops, stores, markets and supermarkets within a couple of blocks. Including one of the best Farmer's markets in the city every Sunday. Garage parking available for extra monthly fee. Plenty of street parking available. The N-Judah Muni stop is only a block away. It is very easy to get downtown within 25+ minutes. Or you can go the other way and be at Ocean Beach within minutes.
