Lease terms

Tenant pays own propane usage (has separate tank labeled 2R) electric. cable. internet. and garbage. month to month lease. Must have credit score 700 or higher. Must be able to prove sources of income, must provide references, must pass full background check. Rent is due first of each month, (late fees do apply), Late fee assessed after three days late 5%, additional late free assessed after 6 days late of additional 10% on top of previous late fee, must be paid in cash, bank check, money order, or postal check. No personal checks accepted. A $50.00 return fee will be applied. Any attorney fees are the responsibility of the renter. Renter must have own renters' insurance. (proof required). Landlord is not responsible for personal belongings, furnishings or any other property not belonging to the landlord. Landlord is not responsible for renters or guest vehicles for any damage incurred, on or off property. Building must be secured at all times.
