This is a brand new unit third-floor unit with no previous tenants.
This unit will be available September 1st.…
The third floor is an addition that I added on to the building and have been finishing this summer.
More pictures will become available as we finish renovations.
The unit features an eat-in kitchen, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and three adequately sized bedrooms. There are large windows and skylights throughout the apartment for ample light and air flow.
