I reside in a secure gated community with a townhouse that features two furnished rooms on the ground floor. This room has its own private entry, patio, and bathroom. One room is designated as a bedroom, while the other is set up as a living area. On the second floor, you'll have access to the shared kitchen and primary living room. Additionally, you'll have full use of the washer and dryer located on the third floor. There's ample parking available in the parking lot in front of the unit. I have a medium size dog that will come visit every 4-6 weeks, but she is very friendly and will spend her time either with me or in my room when she is here.
