Property outside inspections will be conducted every 3 months and total property inspections ever 6 months. Rent Includes every 6 month pest control. Tenant must use own insect repellent. Air/Heat unit in attic will require timely filter replacement i.e. every 6 months Yard must be kept cut and free from weeds NO smoking inside property Outside burning is prohibited outside or in the property. Renters insurance 'Required' Tenants must purchase 'own' water softener salt Trash cans must be kept from view (behind the fence) Use of push pins or removable hanging applicator for wall hanging. Tenant must replace light bulbs where needed. New bulbs will be installed prior to rental. Do not park to block neighbors or in front of the mailboxes across the street.
