It is off-grid electric, propane, and dish internet. The property includes a fenced chicken coop and horse area. The 1,400 square foot garage is detached from the house and is air-conditioned. 15 minutes from down-town Cedar City, on the west side of the valley, near Quichapa Lake.

Power is a robust Off-Grid Solar system and there are no fees for it. Tenant shall monitor solar usage and conserve during cloudy days and storms.
