A formal lease agreement will be signed. Smoking inside house is STRICTLY prohibited. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Seasonal community pool (open from early May thru late September - no lifeguard in attendance). Published terms are valid only for "Short-Term Rentals" (STR), meaning one or a couple of months at the most). This said, we are open (and actually WE WELCOME) to long term / traditional (FURNISHED) rental. However...... long term rentals are subject to long-term lease requirements, i.e. we will have a legal long-term lease agreement AFTER checking all the boxes such as credit check, security deposit equivalent to one month rent, etc (I will send you below an application form that I will need you to fill out and return to me with a copy of your driver license). Renter insurance is recommended.
