We have for your consideration, a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, unit located in the historic downtown district in Astoria, OR. This apartment opens onto a lovely park with play equipment for kids, has Columbia River views, and is walkable to CMH, the Community College, all the downtown businesses as well as the delightful Sunday Market all summer long. Sorry, no pets allowed in this one.
Our remodel is just wrapping up, and we refreshed everything top to bottom for you! This unit features brand new paint, doors, window treatments, all new kitchen cabinets with soft-close doors and drawers, new dishwasher, and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring wall to wall, for easy clean up and management.
For comfort all year, this unit has improved insulation and both heat and air conditioning via the new whisper quiet mini-split.
A note of caution in the event that mobility is an issue for you or someone in your group; While this apartment is a single story, all the same level inside, you must park on the street, then come down a flight of stairs to the sidewalk in front of the duplex, then up a flight to your door. Each stair way has a handrail, and there are about 13-15 stairs in each flight. Keep this in mind for moving in, carrying groceries, etc.
We do not take Zillow Applications. They charge you $25, whether you get a place or not and as they don't give it to us, we cannot return it to you. If you rent this apartment you will be required to have renters insurance for your things.
