LEASE TERMS Available Move-In Date: September 1, 2026. Rent is $2,300 per month with a security deposit of $2,300. Lease term must be a minimum of 8 months. Lease terms up to 12 months are available, subject to HOA approval and compliance with HOA requirements. All applicants age 18 and older must complete credit, background, income, employment, and rental history screening. Household gross income must be at least three times the monthly rent ($6,900 per month or $82,800 annually). Tenant is responsible for all utilities and services, including electricity, propane, internet, cable, trash service, and any other applicable utility expenses. The property is serviced by a private well and septic system. Up to two pets are permitted with landlord approval. A $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $35 monthly pet rent per pet will apply. No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property. Tenant is responsible for lawn care, snow removal, and maintaining the property in clean and good condition throughout the lease term.
