Requires a first month's rent deposit upon signing of Lease and other payments as required pursuant to the Lease terms. Owner pays basic cable, internet, and pest control (every 3-months). Renter pays electricity and cleaning fees and is responsible for changing A/C filter monthly (owner will provide). Owner will include one (1) beach set up during rental period (consists of one umbrella and 2 chaise lounges with cushion). There is a 3-month minimum rental period and renter is responsible for completing online application with the Condominium Association and paying all fees related thereto (currently $100). Unit is available as of November 1st through April 30th. This a NON-SMOKING unit and if any smoking takes place, security deposit is forfeited. All Condominium Rules must be followed, a copy of which will be left in the unit for your review. No pets allowed. Formal lease will be required and payment terms must be complied as indicated therein.
