Lease terms

TERMS Fixed Year Lease, with option to renew. Security Deposit ($3200) and Last Months Rent are paid prior to start of the Lease. First Months rent paid prior to Move In. Inter-month charges will be prorated. Lease break is $4800 (1.5 months' rent). UTILITIES AND SERVICES All utilities, including but not limited to Water, Garbage, Electricity, Gas, Phone, and Internet are paid by tenants. Ground cover management done by tenant. Owner is responsible for trimming trees and bushes. SMOKING Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors. PET(S) Up to 2 pets allowed; unless exception made prior to start of lease. Pet Deposit is $500. Monthly Pet Rent is $150 per dog and $100 per cat. Pet deposit and first months rent must be paid prior to move in. Pet owner is responsible for covering the cost of any property damage attributed to the pet(s) that cannot be remedied with ordinary available household cleaners or yard maintenance (this includes the cost to repair, clean, or replace interior/exterior property damaged by the animal).
