This is a private bedroom, fully furnished with a full-size bed. The rent includes all the utilities (internet, electricity, water, gas, trash collection) and the right to use the common areas, including a full bathroom that is shared with another tenant. The common areas include fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, and common room, plus backyard and storage space in the garage. It has easy free parking in the private area or in the street. The room gets great light and ventilation. It does not share walls with other rooms, so you have great privacy. The other two tenants are a female engineer in her 50s and me (a male engineer in my 30s). The house is big, so we may not see each other a lot. It is located 6 minutes driving from the 101 and 8 minutes from the Downtown. Walking distance from parks, stores and restaurants. It is in a private street in a residential area, very quiet and peaceful.
