Looking for a roommate in Logan Circle condo!
Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my roommate's half of our lease.… The condo is located off 14th St, and is a 3 minute walk from Le Diplomate and all other fun restaurants and activities the area has to offer!
The lease ends August 31, 2026, but you could move in as early as August 1st. The lease takeover would involve signing a lease takeover and new lease with the condo rental agency, and a background check, but is a fairly quick and easy process.
The unit is 2BR/2Bath. Rent for the unit is $8,000, and split between two tenants comes to about $4,000 per person (not including gas and WiFi). The unit comes furnished (with dish ware, appliances, and furniture in all rooms except bedroom), has a private patio with a grill, washer/dryer, dish washer, plenty of closet space, a bike room, and a parking spot.
The building also has a public patio on top, and the building community is small and very friendly. The building is also dog friendly.
