We are renting on a month to month basis. ABOUT YOU No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Street only Enjoy a walk in our quiet neighborhood. We are 420 friendly, but maintain a toddler-friendly environment and smoke-free home. No illegal drugs. No candles, incense, burning, or appliances that create strong scent or chemical exhaust. "Free-and-Clear" cleaning and laundry products only We are very fire safe, and scent averse. No firearms of any kind allowed on the property. No pets, to include reptiles. Couples considered. Firm 2 occupants maximum. ABOUT US You will be on the same property as us, a low drama couple and playful 2 year-old. This is our most important concern: All activities on property must contribute to a safe and supportive environment for our young child. We are open to any questions you may have, and encourage discussion if you have concerns. We are flexible on a move in date and willing to wait for the right match. WHAT WE REQUIRE First month rent, last month rent, and $1,500 security deposit. We require you to obtain a renter's insurance policy for liability and property coverage. Fill out our application to be considered. We will do a background check. References we like to check are employers and previous property owners you have rented from.
