The 3 bedroom 2 bath house sits on 0.4 acres, the west half of which is… undeveloped leaving the area open to sunsets over the Big Hole Mountains. The home was newly renovated in 2025 with new floors, new kitchen appliances, new granite countertops, a new back patio and was painted from floor to ceiling. Starlink internet is included with constant speeds above 200 mbps, making for reliable remote work with a view. All utilities (including internet, electric and water) are included in the rent. There is also a Yesoul stationary bike for use in the office for the occasional rainy day.
The primary bedroom includes its own bath. The guest bedroom across the hall has an adjacent bathroom accessible through a sliding door or via a doorway in the hallway. The third bedroom has been converted into an office off the main entryway, and can be turned into a guest bedroom with the foldout twin bed in the closet when needed. There is an 1100 square foot back patio that spans the length of the house, and a seasonal canal that runs the length of the south side of the lot.
The home is 15 minutes from all the hiking and biking trails on Teton Pass. 15 minutes from Driggs, ID, where the larger grocery store is located, and within 45 minutes of Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole ski resorts. Bike less than a mile to the Alpine Air Coffee Shop, Guidepost Brewery, Refuge Taphouse, Pierre's Movie Theater, The Knotty Pine Restaurant, four Mexican restaurants, Big Hole BBQ or Victor Valley Market.
Well behaved dogs may be considered. Cats are prohibited.
The shed, trailer and parking area to the east of the house is for the owner's use only.
