For your comfort, all bedroom beds are memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has its own television equipped with Roku for streaming services and your cable TV through the Spectrum app. High speed internet/Wifi and cable television services are also included with your stay. The dining/living room comes with a powerful wall air conditioner, ceiling fan, and a raised dining table with four chairs. The living room comes with a sofa bed, two additional large chairs, a coffee table and a large desk workstation. Enjoy movie nights with our 50-inch living room television and sound system. The kitchen comes fully equipped with quartz counter tops, range, oven/stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator. The kitchen also has a full-sized pantry closet to store food. For your convenience and comfort the kitchen also includes a 5 cup coffee maker, a K-cup coffee maker, a salad spinner, a crockpot, pressure cooker, microwave, rice cooker/steamer, portable electric fryer, blender, toaster, and air fryer. Guest bath also includes a full size washer and dryer with a closet for cleaning supplies, desk top ironing board, iron, and laundry supplies. The master bath also has a built-in vanity area. Each tub/shower comes with a handheld shower head. Both bathrooms come equipped with hair dryers. All bedrooms have their own Wall AC unit, ceiling fans, nightstands, televisions, and dressers. The master bedroom also has a separate linen closet Take an elevator ride down 1 floor into the secured garage where you will find 2 designated parking spaces. One of the spaces is extra-large to fit an over-sized vehicle should you need the space. 1 Small dog or cat 20lbs welcome. Steam cleaning fee will be added to cleaning fee. Move out cleaning to be prepaid, $550. Leasing and background/credit check will be done through Zillow. Total will be rent amount plus GE tax of 4.712%. Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax of 14% will be added to leases less than 6 months, unless proof of employer providing housing stipend or proof of military on temporary orders can be provided (usually a letter from the employer clearly stating that employer provides the housing stipend). Three month minimum. Utilities are included in rent amount with electric having a $300/mo. cap. Any amount of electric over $300/mo. will be responsibility of tenant be invoiced to tenant separately. Taxes will be itemized on lease.
