One bedroom basement apartment available June 1st. It includes utilities like, water, sewer, gas, heat, and electricity. This unit has it's own laundry room with washer and dryer hookups available. We require a non-refundable $200 deposit to hold the unit and take it off the market until you're approved. We will send a 3rd party link with an application and background check that you will have to complete. They charge $55 for the processing.
