Hello! We have a room available for rent in a beautiful and spacious 8 bedroom mansion in Los Altos Hills.… The room shares a bathroom with one other person, and has a screen door that opens up to a spacious backyard and functions as a private entrance. The rent for this room is $1,580 until September 1, and $1,694 after that. There are walking paths throughout our neighborhood including a trail through a 21-acre nature preserve behind our house. The house has several amenities including a very large and well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a huge backyard (with a lawn, a planter garden, a fire-pit, patio umbrella, and gas grill), two large living rooms, and a basement with a pool table that can be used as a home gym/ hang out space. We occasionally like to do group get-togethers like house dinners, board game nights, bbqs, small parties, rock climbing, pickleball, hikes, and more. We are a short 10-15 min drive from Stanford, Downtown Mountain View, and Downtown Palo Alto. We are also only 5 min away from Downtown Los Altos! There are several bike paths, including easy access to Stanford. We are LGTBQ friendly! Room is available immediately.

We are a diverse group of 8 people aged 25-38, 2 cats, 1 small dog, and several house plants. We frequently have deer and bunnies roaming around the backyard!
