$25 application fee. Background check. Minimum 600 credit score. No evictions. Parking / Entry Park in the lot behind the house, on the right side. Use the blue steps on the back side of the house to go up to the second floor to access the apartment. The entry door will open with your code, which is unique to you only. Please close the door firmly. The door locks automatically on a timer for security. Your Space Your bedroom is your private space. Your entry code also works for your guest room door. Shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. A picnic table is available in the back yard. Television The television is a Smart TV. You can login with your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or another service. Feel free to hook up any gaming system you might have. Smoking No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Please no illegal substances. Pets No pets allowed. Noise Please be respectful of others in the home by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Bathroom The bathroom is shared with just one other guestroom. Each guestroom has a bathroom caddy you can use to bring your personal care items with you when using the bathroom. This is so the sink area can be kept clean and clutter-free in respect of the other guests. When showering, please be sure the bathroom ventilation fan is on. Please leave the door open afterward to allow the steam to dissipate. Toilet Please be careful not to flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper. Flushable wipes and feminine products are NOT flushable. Bathtub The tub is newly refinished. Bathtub cleaning instructions: For those on longer stays, only use Scrubbing Bubbles and a soft sponge. Do not use any abrasive cleaners. This includes Comet, Ajax, Soft Scrub, steel wool, Scotch Brite pads, etc. These products will damage the finish. Do not use any solvents such as acetone, paint thinner, etc. on the tub. Do not use a suction cup bathmat or apply suction cups on the tub. Doing so may lift the finish. Laundry There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. Scan the QR code for payment and the app will alert you when your clothes are ready! Misc. Tap water is safe for drinking. Extra sheets, blankets and towels are available in each guest room closet. Please turn off electronics, lights, and ceiling fans when you leave the house. Please do not open windows if the heat is on. If you spill anything on the rugs or luxury vinyl flooring, please wipe it up immediately. Use the floor mop located in the hallway closet with the solution that is included. Please don't use ammonia or ammonia-based cleaning solutions. Please report any damage or malfunctions immediately so that we can repair or replace items. Emergency items: Fire extinguishers are kept in the hallway closet. There is a portable fire escape ladder kept in each guest room closet. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Garbage bags (tied) can be brought out to the cans are located behind the shed in back yard. Garbage pickup is on Friday mornings.
