      Minimum 1 year lease. Rent includes heat, hot water, and one assigned parking stall; tenants are responsible for electricity and internet. This is a strictly non-smoking unit and building, including the balcony and all common areas. One dog (under 50 lbs) and up to two cats are permitted with a 1/2 month pet deposit and mandatory registration. A 1/2 month security deposit, credit check, and tenant screening are required. Residents must pay a $200 non-refundable move-in fee, schedule moves seven days in advance , and sign a Form K (Notice of Tenant's Responsibilities) upon occupancy.
