Lease terms

$2,000 monthly rent with a $2,000 deposit. Of the deposit, $1,750 is refundable and $250 is nonrefundable. The initial lease term is one year and will continue month-to-month afterward. For an August 15, 2026 move-in, August rent will be $1,000. Tenant is responsible for electricity, natural gas, and internet. Water is included. Renters insurance is required throughout the lease. No pets are allowed. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property. Parking includes a one-car garage and two assigned parking spaces directly in front of the townhome. Tenant is responsible for normal minor upkeep, keeping the home and backyard clean, replacing lightbulbs and furnace filters as needed, and promptly reporting leaks, damage, or maintenance issues. The landlord is responsible for major repairs unless the damage was caused by the tenant, occupants, or guests. All adults age 18 or older must complete an application and screening, including credit, background, income, and rental-history verification.
