Late check-outs and early arrivals incur additional fees: $100 for 1-2 hours and $200 for 2-3 hours. Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to a tight cleaning schedule, and guests must request approval in advance. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable.
