Three floors, main, second floor and basement.… You would rent out one of the bigger rooms in the second floor with a two door closet, window facing the front of the house and a shared bathroom. The main floor is already furnished and has new appliances in the kitchen. Washer and dryer are located in the basement with a small mini bar next to it. The front of the house has three parking spaces for vehicles. The back yard is very spacious and even comes with a garden if you're interested.
