One small indoor cat with a basic pet fee will be approved. The other unit of the home is occupied and shares the front deck with a separate entrance and shares the driveway. Your parking is on the left side of the driveway. Bicycles are available for usage in the bike shed. We are located on a quiet residential side street, two minutes to the Health Science University, less than five minutes to every store, restaurant, and ten minutes to historic downtown and the beaches. An ideal location.

The Retreat at Los Robles is designed to be comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need to unwind. Drive or take a 10-minute bike ride downtown. Bicycles are located in the shed for your enjoyment.

The home has a lovely modern 1/1 with a full kitchen and laundry, an outdoor furnished deck, and a yard with a BBQ Grill.
You have a 1/1 Suite 724', the other side of the home, with a separate entrance off the deck, which is also occupied. You park on the left side of the driveway, and the other unit parks on the right side. We ask that each side be respectful of the other and respect quiet hours, 10-7.
This home is not ADA-compliant. We have a very strict case-by-case pet policy. All pets, including Service Animals and ESAs, must be pre-approved, or your listing will be terminated upon check-in, and you will be asked to leave if you bring any extra people or animals in at any time without written consent. We will only pre-approve 1 pet- an indoor cat with a one-time basic pet fee. The furniture is white boucle, and the rugs are white, so if you bring a cat, you must place pet covers on all of the furniture and provide a cat scratching post during your stay.
If you are a mature "solo" professional or a couple looking for a long-term rental for one year or longer, please inquire about an application. We will require a background check that you pay for and complete online if your application is chosen. A $500 non-refundable deposit is held at the time of lease signing and goes towards the first month's rent. A $300 one time cleaning fee is also collected at lease signing, along with your $1850 security deposit. $4000 to move in and $300 additional if bringing one indoor cat. We're looking for a local professional or someone relocating who is interested in a longer-term lease with a renewable option for more than one year.
