Lease terms

Condo fee due on the 1st day of the month, dishonored checks are subject to a fee and must be replaced with a certified check. Any lease must be for at least 6 months. No one bedroom may be occupied by more than 2 people. Pets and smoking are prohibited. A move into a furnished unit must be scheduled 48 h in advance with the Management office and completed between 9am -5 pm Monday-Friday. Prior to moving in the lessee shall pay to Riverside Condo an administrative fee and elevator deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the elevator key and inspection of the elevator and common elements for damage.
