Upon lease signing, $1000 damages deposit, one month rent security deposit and first month or prorated rent. 4. Maximum two occupants. One cat allowed, no dogs of any size and no smoking of any substances, no e-cigarettes, vaping or other odor producing devices inside or outside of the house or in common areas. 5. Good credit history is a must, proof of income and references required. All adult occupants must qualify individually on own income alone and credit score and individually sign the lease responsibility for full lease agreement . 6.
