Lease terms

Minimum 12-month lease. No smoking of any kind. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, garbage, internet, and cable. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval and additional pet rent. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenant is responsible for maintaining any private yard or outdoor areas. Renter's insurance is required. Property is subject to all applicable City of Seattle rental regulations. Applications are NOT accepted through Zillow. Prospective tenants must tour the property before applying. Screening requirements include household gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent, a credit score of 780 or higher (or payment of the full or partial last month's rent may be required), and at least three years of verifiable, satisfactory rental history. Applicants must also have no prior evictions. A rental application link, along with detailed screening criteria, will be provided by the landlord/representative following the tour. All applications will be evaluated in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
