Pool heat is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Located within the ChampionsGate community, this villa is near recreation-rich amenities, including access to the community water park, amenity center, and clubhouse. The surrounding area offers golf courses, dining, and proximity to Central Florida attractions such as Disney and Universal Studios. With easy access to major roadways, exploring the region is simple. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Any violation of the rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). A dedicated workspace supports guests who need to stay connected during their stay. Essentials such as a hair dryer, iron, and bathroom necessities are provided.
