Unauthorized pets will result in an extra $500 fee.
Checkout time is 10:00 AM.
Please inform us in advance if you need extra time. If available, we're happy to try to accommodate with advance notice.
Exceeding the checkout time without prior notice may result in a $100 fee.
Left Items:
Please double-check all your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind can be shipped back, subject to a $50 handling and shipping fee.
Regular Maintenance Schedule:
*Regular maintenance visits (such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) may occur during your stay. We will always notify and coordinate with you in advance before any service personnel are scheduled to visit. We are happy to reschedule if inconvenient.
Please note: there is a Texas Mountain Laurel tree in the yard. It is an ornamental plant and is generally safe when not ingested. As a precaution, please ensure children and pets do not chew or consume any part of the plant.
