Plenty of room for a desk and chair if renter would like to bring.
You also get direct indoor staircase access to a lovely, sprawling roof deck. Great place to BBQ with friends, read, relax after work, or soak in the summer sun.
The entire condo space gets great light throughout the day - large windows in the living room (also north facing). There are two other bedrooms (separate bathrooms) with male tenants who are courteous and communicate well.
The space includes an open kitchen, in-house washer / dryer, and a very walkable neighborhood:
